Everyone was really nice. Very understanding and met all my needs. They did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and made a care plan to fit my needs. The staff went above and beyond to help me feel welcome. They made a care plan for me and walked me through everything. I did a lot of research before going to my appointment and out of all the dental implant places I went to this had the best prices and the best staff I would highly recommend them

I recently completed my dental implant treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Several dentists had told me that I needed an implant, but I was nervous about the procedure and concerned about the high costs that are usually associated with dental implants. After finding this office, the first thing that impressed me was how simple and straightforward their implant process was. They offered a free consultation and provided me with a clear cost estimate. The total cost was very reasonable compared to what I expected. Once I paid in full, there were no surprise or additional treatment costs. They provided all the necessary care throughout the process, including prescriptions and attentive follow-up appointments. Everyone on the staff, including my dentist, was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I tend to get anxious when visiting dental offices, but this team was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I had a completely positive experience and never encountered any issues during my treatment. It’s no surprise that they have so many great reviews. I highly recommend this office to anyone considering dental implant treatment.

Met with them for a second opinion. Was very pleased with their level of service and care. So much so, that I booked my appointment with them to have my procedure done. Very happy with my decision and will do a followup post after my procedure has been completed. Had my procedure and was extremely happy with the results. Dr. Tolbert and his team are amazing. They made sure I was comfortable before and after my procedure, which was a full upper and lower. Just had my two week follow up, and they still don't disappoint, his team is great at what they do. I would highly recommend them for your dental work.

I went in for my consultation on Oct 29, 2025. For Dental Implants. We talked with Alysson about how much procedure would cost, what to except, etc we also meant with Dr. Tolbert and he to explained any questions we had. We felt very comfortable with what they went over. After some thinking we decided to go ahead and have Dr. Tolbert do my implants. So we scheduled it for Dec 19, went in that morning and they hooked up blood pressure cup, did an IV and I was put to sleep, I had all my bottom teeth pulled. (They were really bad) And had 4 titanium implants put in, and when I woke up, I had a beautiful set of teeth. I will say I had slight pain for several days and my cheeks were black and blue. Had to eat soft food for several weeks. Anytime I had a question, I would call and they were always accommodating. If I needed to have something looked at they were always getting me in right away. I am very happy with my beautiful bottom teeth, and thankful for the team at Smile Now in Tacoma.

8/14/26 final update: I 100% recommend coming to Smile Now. It's worth it in every way. They are people who truly care. They helped me through every stage, and when things didn't work out right, they worked very hard to make it right. I am not in any way disappointed in the work they did. It took a bit longer because the 1st tooth wasn't right, and we all agreed that it needed to be fixed. After an infection from a broken root took my front tooth, I can now smile with confidence again. I will 100% be coming back when I'm ready to take on the next one. Thank you to everyone at the office who made my visits special. Oh, and I had bone loss that I thought would make me unsuitable for an implant, but they said it was doable and made it work without having to add a bone graft. If you are concerned about it like I was, it's worth asking them about it. I only paid the original price they quoted, so no surprise costs either. Definitely a great place to go. 3/30 update: Today was my implant day. I have to thank Alysson for talking with me when I was nervous about today. She was very helpful in calming me down. The injections were fairly easy to handle and the procedure was quick and ea
